1. Payment or make payment prior to attendance
2. AM/PM snack or lunch
3. Non-official copy of immunization record
4. Let us know about any allergies (if so, please bring an Action Plan form and list them on the registration form)
5. EpiPen (if there’s a peanut allergy)
6. Change of clothes (just in case)
The registration forms must be filled out prior to attendance at Mes Amis French School. By filling out the school Registration Form you have agreed to abide with these terms (registration forms are per academic year and are not necessary for each session).
